Feature #33

Description
Accessibility has been tested on a client where there was nothing but an output window. This output field isn't a read-only text field. Whenever the user types in it, the cursor moves at the end of the window. This feature makes navigation much easier, using only the arrow keys. It makes it cleaner for flat/object review in some screen readers, as well.
The pitfall of this navigation is that the command history cannot function in the same way. For that, alternatives should be presented, either with a lock, or with alternative shortcuts.

The entry field has been removed, the MUDPanel is now an accessible panel with just an output field (commit 1e920d7569dad233cdf240ac7d58ddaa6ece5632). The command history and password hiding do not work for the time being.

The command history has been built again in commit 6edbeecb9e5877bfca424414532297009670a478. Password hiding is still not provided. Testers seem to enjoy this new design and find it intuitive and more comfortable.
