CocoMUD doesn't open the preferences when the system language is not supported

Description
CocoMUD currently supports French and English. If the user runs the client from a system where the default language isn't supported, CocoMUD should present the English translation, which it does. However, when closing the preferences, with the unset language, an error occurs about its absence in the configuration file. This is to be fixed.

Since I cannot test the fix by myself, I will add you as a watcher on this issue (I hope it doesn't bother you). When a fix will be available, you will be notified and I will offer a frozen CocoMUD to test. If it fixes the issue, the fix will be included in the next release.

I think the bug is fixed. Could you try with the version below? It's a portable copy of CocoMUD, and if you simply unzip it and run the cocomud.exe file, it should start. Try to open the preferences (you should have the English language selected) and press OK, to see if any bug happens. I hope not. Thanks!
