Hey hey!
I think it would be nice if you could use mp3 and ogg-files, cause they are much smaller than wav.
You should be able to do so. All my files are in ogg format, actually, I like it better. It's not impossible, though, that the client (when you click to browse a file) doesn't offer you ogg formats by default. But you should be able to add ogg formats. As for MP3, I'm not entirely certain. It's a hardship to find a Python library that supports most sound formats and allow manipulation... and is portable across systems! But this is definitely worth looking into a second time.
Aaah, OK. Ogg is definitely sufficient.
I only asked cause the program only showed me .wav. So it's OK the way it is! I am not sure if it is mentioned somewhere in the manual or in the menu.

Good point, I will add a reminder to not forget. Besides it would be good to have ogg files offered as a choice too, it would be more explicit.
