Description

For the time being, when we receive a message, the screen reader is interrupted and speaks the new message. This can be desirable in some cases, but it might also be a bit annoying when engaged in a dialogue. It would be great to be able to set it in the preferences, and even alter it temporarily (like the status of the TTS itself).
This setting should be set on a world-basis, not on an engine-basis.
