Importing a world with channels open unwanted dialog boxes

Description

The #channel action has a simple behavior. If the channel doesn't exist, it is created. If it exists, it is displayed. Therefore, when one imports a world but already has the defined channel, the #channel action is called a second time and the channel is displayed. A dialog pops up during installation, which isn't very user-friendly, since the installation "blocks" while the dialog is open.
